i built my first company at 21. moved to america at 31 (yep, can’t believe it’s been seven years!) ended up in tech. left tech. somehow ended up around some of the best chefs and restaurants in the world. now i’m building First Seating in new york.

i got very good at being new.

and being new makes you notice things insiders stop seeing.
